This is my first post, so I will introduce myself. My name is Michal, since few months I live in Lodeve and for 2 years I fly with quadcopters.
Recently I have finished building my new frame, completely made of bamboo bbq-sticks and toothpicks.

Radio: Turnigy 9X with stock link 2.4GHz (I plan to change the link to eLeReS MAX 433MHz 12ch with telemetry),

Camera RunCam CCD 600TVL;
Video Tx: Boscam 5.8GHz 200mW,
Video Rx SkyZone 700D monitor with divercity and DVR;

I also have two questions:
What is the weight limit for flying without licence? (it is 1,5kg or 2kg, right?)
What frequencies are legal in France? 2,4GHz for RC link and 5,8GHz for video are legal for sure. But what about long-range frequencies? 433MHz for RC and 1,2GHz for video? I don't speak french very well so it's very hard for me to find any informations.

En France la règlementation n'autorise que:
5.8 ghz pour la video et en 25mw maxi
2.4 ghz pour les emmissions radio (le 433 pour le long range n'est pas autorisé)
et en ce qui concerne le poids maxi il me semble qu'il ne doit pas être supérieur a 2 kg
